Sometime a drone photo isn’t possible due to National Air Space Regulations. In large cities and areas near airports the airspace is controlled by FAA regulations. In some cases the remote pilot is permitted to fly after filing the proper paperwork, but in other cases these area would be off limits for drones without a waiver.
