The Bedroom Shot

There are few shots that are more important than the bedroom shot. It needs to be inviting in a way that appeals to both sexes. It should be open and light. Dark colors rarely out perform lighter neutral colors in photos. If you have dark colored walls than give consideration to painting. If painting is not an option than it might be time to lighten up the room with a light bed spread and contrasting pillows and throws.

Removing up to 70% of the table items in a room is not overkill. You need a spacious feel. No power cords should show in a photo. There should be no throw rugs or pet beds in the room. The bed is the focal point so dress it up. No wrinkles and nice fluffed pillows and contrasting throws.

If you have full drapes get some gift ribbon and sash them open Natural light is a winner.
